Skyline Safari Co. was founded by Kameesha and Alex Kiefer, daughter and son-in-law of Luke and Lara Morris, to bring even more unforgettable experiences to those eager to explore the wonders of Yellowstone. As an extension of the lodging, dining, and outdoor adventures offered at Skyline Guest Ranch, Skyline Safari Co. introduces expertly guided wildlife safaris, scenic tours, and immersive photography expeditions, offering guests a new way to experience the park.

Built on a foundation of family tradition, deep respect for the land, and a passion for adventure, Skyline Safari Co. takes visitors through the wild heart of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Co-Owner & Guide

ALEX KIEFER

As co-owner of Skyline Safari Co., Alex handles all the logistics and operations that keep each adventure running smoothly and seamlessly. From permits and planning to transportation and timing, he takes care of the details so that guests can focus on enjoying their experience. While we might jokingly call it the “boring stuff,” his work is what ensures that every tour is organized, efficient, and unforgettable.

But Alex does more than just handle logistics—he’s always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed, whether it’s shuttling guests, prepping gear, or ensuring every trip goes off without a hitch. His dedication, hard work, and willingness to do whatever it takes make him an essential part of Skyline Safari Co., even if he prefers to stay out of the spotlight.

KAMEESHA KIEFER

Kameesha brings a vision for adventure, storytelling, and exceptional guest experiences to life. With a background in design, marketing, and client outreach, she ensures that every aspect of the Skyline Safari experience is seamless, inspiring, and unforgettable—from the first inquiry to the final farewell. Above all, she has a deep passion for helping adventurers near and far experience the magic of Yellowstone and the Beartooths.

Beyond the business, Kameesha is an outdoor enthusiast who loves fly-fishing, camping, and exploring Montana’s backcountry. She’s loves being a mom to sweet little Callahan and her golden retriever, Ace. Whether she’s crafting an inspiring story, connecting with guests, or working behind the scenes, Kameesha is dedicated to making Skyline Safari Co. a place where wild experiences and lasting memories come to life.

JULIA COOK

Born and raised in Cody, Wyoming, just outside of Yellowstone, Julia developed a deep appreciation for the natural world at an early age, which ultimately led her to wildlife photography. Julia spends much of her time in Yellowstone, capturing the park’s diverse wildlife, with a special passion for grizzly bears, wolves, and other iconic species. She holds a B.S. in Environment and Natural Resources and a B.A. in History from the University of Wyoming, and now pursues photography full-time, using her lens to tell the story of Yellowstone’s wild inhabitants. Julia enjoys hiking, fishing, writing, and exploring the rugged landscapes of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Accompanied by her Labrador, Sylvan, she is dedicated to ethical wildlife photography, ensuring that every image she captures respects the natural behavior and habitat of the animals. Her goal is to create impactful images that highlight the beauty and wildness of the American West, inspiring others to develop a deeper connection with nature.

Naturalist Guide

NATALIE COFFEE

Natalie Coffee is one of Skyline Safari Co.’s naturalist guides, leading wildlife tours and guided hikes through Yellowstone’s most stunning landscapes. With a degree in biology and a deep passion for adventure, the outdoors, and connecting with others, she brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every tour. Her ability to interpret wildlife behavior, ecology, and Yellowstone’s unique ecosystem makes every outing an immersive and educational experience.

When she’s not exploring the wilds of Yellowstone, Natalie spends her winters in sunny Hawaii, embracing another side of nature. Whether she’s exploring in the Lamar Valley, identifying wildflowers along a scenic trail, or sharing stories of Yellowstone’s rich history, she is dedicated to helping guests connect with the natural world in meaningful ways.

LUKE & LARA MORRIS

Luke and Lara Morris are the dedicated owners of Skyline Guest Ranch, carrying on a multi-generational legacy of hospitality, adventure, and a deep love for the Montana wilderness. Luke has been a part of the ranch since 1997, sharing his passion for the outdoors and helping visitors experience the majestic landscapes of Yellowstone and the Beartooth Mountains. His knowledge of the region and genuine love for the backcountry make him a natural guide and storyteller.

Lara is the heart of Skyline, ensuring that every guest feels at home. Her hard work, kindness, and attention to detail keep the ranch running smoothly, and her warmth makes every stay unforgettable. Together, Luke and Lara continue the tradition of welcoming travelers into the Skyline family, offering authentic Western hospitality and unforgettable outdoor experiences.
